Secure Lifestyle LLC operates Finance Navigator and FinanceNavigator.io. We respect your privacy and want you to understand what information we collect, why we collect it, how it may be used or shared, and the choices and rights that may be available to you.
This Privacy Statement applies to Finance Navigator websites, software, applications, and other online services that link to this Privacy Statement (collectively, the “Services”).
Throughout this Privacy Statement, “Finance Navigator,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Secure Lifestyle LLC, as applicable. “You” and “your” refer to visitors, members, customers, and other individuals who use or interact with our Services.

Finance Navigator provides general financial education and information. It does not provide individualized financial, investment, insurance, tax, or legal advice and does not recommend specific securities, financial products, insurance products, or strategies. Information, calculations, projections, scenarios, and other outputs depend on information entered and assumptions used, and actual results may differ.

If you contact Member Care, submit a support request, provide feedback, complete a survey, or choose to share a testimonial or story, we may collect the information you provide along with information needed to respond to or administer the communication.

Cookies, Local Storage, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
Finance Navigator and its service providers may use cookies, browser storage, session storage, pixels, scripts, or similar technologies to operate the Services, maintain preferences, support authentication and security, understand use of the Services, and, where applicable, support analytics or advertising-related functions.
Finance Navigator currently maintains privacy and consent controls that may record your choices through browser storage and internal consent records.
Certain analytics or advertising technologies may be configured or made available on FinanceNavigator.io and may be activated subject to applicable consent requirements. Where required, non-essential technologies should not be activated until the appropriate consent is provided.
Depending on applicable law and available controls, you may be able to manage certain privacy choices through our consent tools, including choices relating to the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising where those concepts apply.
Browser settings and privacy signals may also affect how certain technologies operate. Where required by applicable law, we may recognize supported privacy preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control.
Because technologies and legal definitions change, our cookie or consent interface may provide additional current information about available choices.

We may use information collected through Finance Navigator to:
- provide and operate the Services;
- create, authenticate, and manage accounts;
- provide financial education tools, calculations, dashboards, scenarios, and other platform features;
- administer memberships, subscriptions, trials, purchases, and access;
- personalize and improve the member experience;
- provide Member Care and respond to questions or support requests;
- communicate about accounts, subscriptions, security, service updates, and transactions;
- send marketing or promotional communications where permitted by law and consistent with your choices;
- process payments and maintain transaction and subscription records;

- maintain consent, access, audit, and other operational records;
- comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
- carry out other purposes disclosed when information is collected or with your consent.
Where applicable law requires a lawful basis for processing personal information, that basis may include performance of a contract, your consent, compliance with legal obligations, or our legitimate interests, provided those interests are not overridden by applicable rights and protections.
When and With Whom We May Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third-party data vendors or marketing companies.
We may disclose information in the circumstances described below.
Service Providers
We may provide information to service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as providers supporting:
- hosting and application infrastructure;
- authentication and data storage;
- payment processing;
- email delivery;
- security and fraud prevention;
- analytics and application functionality;
- accessibility services;
- artificial-intelligence-enabled features;
- membership or access verification; and
- other services necessary to operate and support Finance Navigator.
These providers may process information only as permitted by applicable agreements, their roles, and applicable law.
Agencies and Organizations Providing or Supporting Access
If your access to Finance Navigator is provided, sponsored, administered, or supported through an authorized agency or other organization, authorized personnel may have access to certain information associated with your account.
Depending on the relationship, permissions, and services involved, this may include identity and contact information, account and membership status, support information, billing-related status or history, login and consent or audit information, and certain financial information available through authorized administrative or member-view tools.
Access is subject to applicable permissions and the relationship between the member, Finance Navigator, and the authorized organization.
Affiliates
We may share information with affiliated entities where reasonably necessary to operate, administer, support, or improve our Services, subject to applicable law and this Privacy Statement.
Legal, Regulatory, and Safety Reasons
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to:
- comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena, court order, or governmental request;
- protect the rights, property, security, or safety of Finance Navigator, Secure Lifestyle LLC, our members, or others;
- investigate or prevent suspected fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, or other unlawful activity; or

Business Transactions
If Secure Lifestyle LLC or Finance Navigator is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, information may be transferred or disclosed as part of that transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.
At Your Direction or With Your Consent
We may disclose information when you direct us to do so, authorize the disclosure, or otherwise consent to it.
Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
Finance Navigator does not sell personal information to third-party data vendors or marketing companies for money.
Privacy laws in some jurisdictions define terms such as “sell,” “share,” or “targeted advertising” more broadly and may apply those terms to certain uses of cookies, pixels, advertising technologies, or disclosures to third parties even when no money changes hands.
Where applicable law provides a right to opt out of such activity, Finance Navigator will provide applicable privacy controls or other methods for exercising that right.
Email, SMS, and Other Communications
We may send transactional or service-related communications concerning your account, security, membership, subscription, payments, support requests, or use of the Services. Because these communications may be necessary to provide or administer the Services, they may not always be subject to marketing opt-out preferences.
Where permitted, we may also send marketing or promotional communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe method included in those communications.
If SMS or text-message communications are offered, additional consent may be requested as required by applicable law. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing Finance Navigator unless expressly stated otherwise and legally permitted.
Financial Information and Educational Tools
Finance Navigator provides educational software tools and information. It does not hold, transfer, invest, or manage your money.
Calculations, projections, simulations, insights, comparisons, and other outputs may depend on information you provide, assumptions, formulas, historical information, or other variables. They are estimates or educational illustrations and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance or outcomes.
Finance Navigator does not provide individualized financial, investment, insurance, tax, or legal advice or recommend specific financial products, securities, insurance products, or strategies.
You should consider your individual circumstances and consult appropriately qualified professionals when needed.
How We Protect Information
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to help protect personal information and member accounts.
Depending on the system or information involved, these safeguards may include encrypted connections, authentication and access controls, permission-based access, monitoring and logging, security controls, and procedures intended to detect or respond to unauthorized activity.
We also use service providers that maintain their own security measures for the systems and information they process on our behalf.
No website, application, transmission method, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, while we work to protect information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will evaluate and respond to the incident in accordance with applicable law and our incident-response procedures, including providing notices when legally required.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, including to:
- provide and administer the Services;
- maintain account and subscription records;
- process and document transactions;
- provide support;
- maintain security, fraud-prevention, consent, and audit records;
- resolve disputes;
- enforce agreements;
- maintain appropriate business records; and
- satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the nature of our relationship with you, operational requirements, and applicable legal obligations.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with our practices and applicable requirements.
Accessing, Correcting, and Deleting Your Information
Finance Navigator allows members to update or remove much of the financial information they have entered as their circumstances change.
Certain profile information may also be updated through available account or profile controls.
Some account information, authentication information, administrative records, or other system information may not be directly editable or deletable by members.
If you want to request deletion of your Finance Navigator account, please contact Member Care at membercare@financenavigator.io.
An account-deletion request does not necessarily result in deletion of every record associated with an account. Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary or as permitted or required by applicable law, including for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement, audit, or recordkeeping purposes.
We may need to verify your identity before completing certain privacy or account requests.

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These may include rights to:

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Where applicable law provides a right to appeal our response to a privacy request, instructions for doing so will be provided with our response or may be requested through the contact information above.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Where permitted by applicable law, you may authorize another person to submit a privacy request on your behalf.
We may require the authorized agent to provide proof of authorization and may also require you to verify your identity or confirm directly that you authorized the agent to act for you.

Finance Navigator does not sell personal information to third-party data vendors or marketing companies for money.
As explained above, California law may define “sharing” more broadly in connection with certain cross-context behavioral advertising activities. Where such activity occurs and California law requires an opt-out, applicable controls will be provided.
California residents may submit privacy requests through membercare@financenavigator.io or the privacy controls made available through our Services.
We may verify requests as permitted or required by applicable law. Certain information may be exempt from deletion or other requests where an exception under applicable law applies.

Finance Navigator and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
When applicable law requires safeguards for transfers of personal information between jurisdictions, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms or other legally recognized safeguards as required.
Data-protection laws in the countries where information is processed may differ from those in your country of residence.
If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides a right to complain to a supervisory or data-protection authority, you may exercise that right in accordance with applicable law.
